...for faithful & fruitful ministry

If you feel called to gospel-centered, Spirit-led ministry with Reformed distinctives send an email to clerk@nsclassis.org. We'd love to connect with you. In addition to the pastoral positions posted below, we have several churches and leaders praying into the possibility of planting new worshiping communities to join the gospel movement across Long Island. We'd love to hear your heart for ministry and discern together whether God is aligning us with the plans of his heart for generations to come.

Introducing People to an Ever-Maturing Faith in Jesus Christ

New Life Community Church is located in Sayville, New York. We are a body of believers in Jesus Christ looking to learn and grow in our faith. New Life affirms God’s definition of marriage as one man to one woman, and our doors are open to anyone seeking the love of Christ and the truth of His Gospel. We truly believe in the infallible Word of God – the Holy Bible. We also believe God continues to speak to His children, and the gifts of the Spirit are still for the modern-day church. (I Corinthians 12:8-10).

Last year our beloved Pastor Scott Rees retired after serving our congregation for fifteen years. We are believing and diligently praying for God’s choice for our new pastor. We have approximately 100 regular attendees with plenty of room to grow as a congregation. As noted on our website, we also house a pre-school and after-school program at our church. Our 24,000 square foot, debt-free, facility includes a sanctuary that can accommodate over 300 people. The building also includes: multi-use meeting rooms, a fellowship hall, recreational area in our lower level, classrooms, commercial grade kitchen, picnic area and playground on our nearly 9-acre parcel of land.

Our location on the south shore of Long Island is a very family-oriented community that is also active in keeping its “small town” vibe. People from surrounding towns often come to Sayville for its many festivals and community events. Check out  www.greatersayvillechamber.com.

If you feel the Holy Spirit has tugged on your heart to apply – please do. We are excited to see what God will do in this next exciting chapter of New Life Community Church! We are committed to hearing His voice and direction for a new leader. Please send your resumé and cover letter to PastorSearch@nlcc-li.com.
